Dr Marek Kaminski qualified from Warsaw Medical Academy, Warsaw, Poland in 1985. In 1992 I completed my specialist training in anaesthesia and intensive care in Poland and since 1994 worked as a consultant anaesthetist and intensivist in hospitals in Poland and from 2003 in Denmark. In Denmark I completed diploma training in advanced pain medicine and have been working in this field for over 15 years. I moved to UK in 2009 and joined Shepton Mallet Treatment Centre as a consultant anaesthetist. I developed my interest in interventional pain treatment by attending courses in UK and Europe. Apart from a regular work as an anaesthetist I ran interventional pain clinics at Shepton Mallet and Cirencester Treatment Centres. I joined Circle Bath Hospital in 2019. My professional interests concentrate around day-case anaesthesia, regional blocks and pain management
